To publish an episode or chapter, you must be logged in to our Creator Dashboard and have already created a series.
In the Creator Dashboard, go to the “Publications” page and click on "Add New Publication".
New Publication
Once redirected to the “New Publication” page, you will need to complete the following form:
For each information requested in the form, you will find this icon which explains in more detail how to complete the section:
Hover your mouse over this icon to display the explanation. For the most up-to-date information, rely on the information indicated in the Creator Dashboard using this icon.
Informations
Thumbnail
This is a mini-preview of the publication. We generally recommend to use an illustration of a character playing an important role in the episode / chapter.
Recommended size of the image: 150 x 150px
Index
The index is not editable and represents the position of the publication in the list of publications of the series.
Example:
#7 - The Battle Begins = [#index - title]
Title
This is the title of the publication. If you don't want to give it a name, you can just name it "Episode 7" for example. You can also include the "part" in the title if you publish a chapter in multiple parts.
Examples:
#7 - Episode 7 = [#index - title]

#7 - The Battle Begins 1/3
#8 - The Battle Begins 2/3
#9 - The Battle Begins 3/3
Scheduled Publication
This allows you to select the date on which the publication will be visible to readers. By default, the publication is publish immediately (current time) after creating it.
Member Access Only
This feature is available only for validated series that has activated the monetization features. To learn more about monetization and how to correctly set the "Member Access Only", please check this article: Set up your publications for monetization
Type and Uploading
This is important since it determines how your publication is displayed (read), the type of content can be uploaded (images or text) and the recommended size of the images / pages.
Webtoon
A succession of images displayed in vertical strip ⬇ (Vertical Scroll from top to bottom)
Recommended size per slice (image): 800 x 1280px
Webcomic
A succession of images displayed in pages ➡ (Horizontal Scroll from left to right)
Recommended size per page (image): 1100 x 1600px
Manga
A succession of images displayed in pages ⬅ (Horizontal Scroll from right to left)
Recommended size per page (image): 1100 x 1600px
Novel
Text displayed vertically ⬇ (Vertical Scroll from top to bottom)
There is no character limit, but we recommend to write chapter under 1,000 words for a better experience for the reader.
Once you have selected a "Type", the upload area will appears:
Click on the button "Select Files to Upload" and select all the images you want to upload in this publication. It is important to note that your files will be in alphanumeric order and it is not possible to manually change the order of the images at this time. You must therefore prepare your files accordingly.

If you are publishing a "Novel", you can just copy the text from a Word, for example, and paste it in the text field.
Warning Display
Please check the box to this effect if your series contains themes or situations that may not be suitable for everyone. This will display a warning when trying to read this publication. We encourage you to use your own judgment and recommend that you enable this feature if you are unsure. This way, you will be sure to protect the people most likely to be affected by the content of your publication. As the saying goes, better be safe than sorry. ?
Examples of use case:
- Talks about sensitive topics like a suicide attempt, rape, mistreatment, etc.
- Injury or blood
- Phobia such as a significant presence of spiders, snakes, etc.
- A succession of colors or images that could cause an epileptic seizure
- Others
After completing the form
Preview
Once the form is completed, you can preview your series page by pressing the "Preview" button at the bottom of the form.
Visibility
You can select wether your publication should be private (Draft) or public (Published). If you added a "scheduled publication" date, you need to set the visibility on "Published" for the episode/chapter to be visible on the scheduled date (it will not be visible for readers before this date).
Press save and your episode will now be live or scheduled for publication (public) or private (draft) depending on your choice of visibility.
